What you'll do

• Have fun and be yourself
• Build software
• Work on all aspects of the stack – serverless functions, data processing, ML integration, and back end API development
• Help make decisions about system architecture, development standards and processes
• Follow your natural curiosity to research and learn technologies and techniques that will make our product better

Skills and requirements

• You understand and care about the principles of software craftsmanship
• 5+ years of professional experience writing production back-end code in TypeScript/Node.js or Python
• 5+ years using SQL and relational databases
• Know your way around Linux -- interacting with the shell, configuring services, viewing logs, managing packages

Nice to have

• Experience developing microservices or a serverless architecture
• Experience working with IoT sensors and/or datasets
