Description

We are looking for an IT Manager to be responsible for our internal networking needs as well as our product-facing network infrastructure strategy for the deployment of our system.

What you'll do

• Have fun and be yourself
• Manage user access, accounts, and physical computer allocation for Sapient employees
• Develop network solutions for our product, such as LTE backhaul solutions, on-site customer network solutions for our sensors, and custom network solutions for special customer needs
• Plan, organize, control, and improve our internal operations as it relates to operational data storage, file sharing, GSuit, and more
• Train employees on best practices and skills needed to use our internal cloud-based operations such as Gmail, Shared Drives, Slack, Jira, and Salesforce
• Design, develop, implement and coordinate systems, policies and procedures to ensure a smooth operation
• Ensure security of data, network access and backup systems
• Identify problematic areas and implement strategic solutions in time
  

Skills and requirements

• 3+ years of experience as an IT Manager or relevant experience
• 1+ years of experience managing GSuit (Gmail, Drive, Organizational Units, Groups, virtual conferencing integrations, Calendar, 2FA, and more)
• 2+ years of experience managing organization virtual file sharing and security policies
• 2+ years of experience with developing innovative approaches to network architecture solutions in a customer/sales context
• Excellent knowledge of technical management, information analysis and of computer hardware/software systems
• Hands-on experience with computer networks, network administration and network installation
• BS in Computer Science, MIS or similar field
