Join Our Team

Sapient Industries is building the only enterprise plug load management on the market. "Plug load" is the energy consumed at each of the electrical outlets in a building and accounts for approximately 36% of the building's total energy consumption. Monitoring, predicting, and controlling these loads can eliminate a significant amount of wasted energy which reduces costs and positively impacts the environment.

We're not the only ones who think this is a good idea. We recently closed a $2M round of fundraising that included setting several records on Republic.co.

We are a team of engineers, designers, and creatives. Our team believes that ensuring a quality of life for ourselves and our families is fundamental to building the ideas that will change the world. For that reason, we provide:

  • Top-tier medical, eye, dental, and life insurance

  • 5 weeks of paid vacation

  • Paid paternity and maternity leave
